The Epsom Salts should take care of it. They should get the bowels moving quickly.

You definitely need to look at her diet. I used to be horribly constipated - until I found that I was intolerant to wheat. No wheat, no constipation. Everyone is different though so it might not be what is causing your daughter's constipation.
