(chuckling!) WOW! Well I woke up to find all these great messages. Thank you all for your help and responses. I really appreciate it.

I am going to read through them again and study up on all the suggestions that were given. Last night, I opened the window to get some fresh air. That helped a bit but still had a shallow sleep night. And then at 1:50am, I heard a gunshot noise in the room and that scared the living hell outta me. It was my skin brusher that fell off the dresser onto the hardwood floor! (LOL) Very loud...

Okay... I am going to review my diet again. It's really good but I think something is lacking. Also, these past few days my stomach has been bothering me (acid reflux) so I felt it burning\achy during the night whenever I would turn only on my side. Chiropractor will help out with some good vita\minerals.
