any quick fix will create new problems. i would see this as no different than a heart attack or stroke - a life altering condition. the message is to stop and recover. to refuse to do this now will just invite more of the same later. it took 36 years of wrong eating to get here, it is not going to disappear over night. it can be corrected properly and never return, but it will take some time. its a hell of a lot better than cancer, but just as serious, in my estimation. it is the price we all pay for not obeying nature.
