i dont lose weight very easily either.

if i were you, i would concentrate on adding as much fresh cilantro to your diet as possible, eating coconut oil as your main source of fat, liver flushing, distilled water, and oils pulling. dont forget to take ancient sea bed Sea Salt in accordance to the Water Cure .

your health was set in the first three months in utero. perhaps your mother was missing some nutrients. perhaps she got a vaccination then or just prior to getting pregnant. maybe she ate a lot of tuna. maybe she got dosed with fluoride. something happened, but it surely was your mothers health picture at the time that determined yours. be patient with yourself and positive. paint a mental picture of how you want to be and allow your body to conform.
