hydrating, oxygenating, liver flushing, clean diet, all the mercury out of my mouth, lots of sunshine, detoxing - those were the basics. it has taken me this long to feel halfway normal. getting the mercury out of my mouth had to be the supreme thing that helped.

i had wilsons thyroid syndrome. the main culprit was fluoride and then mercury, plus the worst diet in the world.
