It's really encouraging to hear someone who has had to sleep 12 hrs. before get their hours down much lower.

WOW! 7 hours. My life would be totally different if I only need 7 hours of sleep.

It would be amazing!

I'll try the stretching. I also have a chi machine that I'll be using everynight.

I'm also going to be taking baths.
