I've been trying the Lemonade Diet for the past two days. In the mornings I've been drinking the recommended 1 quart of water with 2 teaspons of Sea Salt ; however, I am not experiencing increased eliminations. Does anyone have ideas about what I should do? I assume I will not benefit from the diet if my bowels are not actually being cleansed.
