Hi fledgling :)

I do not blog.

My thoughts on vitamin C consumption:
I believe in the use of ascorbic acid but not to bile tolerance. It will disolve kidney stones and prevent bacteria from attacking the urinary tract.
kidney stones can only be created in alkaline kidneys.
I also believe in using ascorbic acid to soften and chelate gallstones.

About liver flushing. I've tried to avoid this question because I am sort of a curezone rogue, because I do not believe in the oil and citrus juice method.
I make a different Liver Flush formula that is also healthy and helpful for the liver and also the kidneys.

I will make list the ingredients for the Liver Flush that I prefer, and I will take time to describe the purpose of each ingredient and what it does inside the body.
I will try to get back early enough to post it to you tomorrow.
