Is Alisaun around these days?

She wrote an R/N message in the Cutting and Burning forum that took my breath away.

It was that a person could be hurting themselves to get the body's endorphin (or?) reaction of a sense of well-being.

She then chose to heal herself by cleansing, and found the need to hurt herself disappeared!

This is about as powerful as a message can be!

I'd very much like to ask her if she has developed this experience to include other forms of self-hurt, such as smoking, over-eating, sugar-addiction, etc.

This could be an important clue, in my opinion.

It certainly has me thinking.

After all, everyone wants to feel good...right?

Uh...pass the extra-virgin olive oil, please? It's the one in the green bottle.
