This is just so great to know! I've always liked having an empty stomach during the day, but i just can't stand it at night. It's interesting that when I eat food during the day it drains my energy. But when I eat at night it gives me energy. This is all such a relief. I was thinking I had one screwed up body from what Andreas says about natural rhythms. I need to stop trying to work against what my body is telling me and just let it floooowww, baby, flow.
