If it is INdeed a yeast problem as you suspect this is natural and what I wrote in a previous post to you recently as you may or may not recall once we begin cleansing an adjustment must take place from one of imbalance moving towards balance. However, it must be noted that this adjustment does not take place on a straight line. More or less in cycles where we slowly and gently return to balance. If INdeed you have an overbalance of candida and dependent on where it is in the system, upon a change of diet they may convert from a single celled organism to a more virulent form in attempt to survive. Have faith that moving toward balance is just that and the body will in return reward you.
