lots of people 'helped', but I know what you are applauding. Trapper just offered the most basic challenge (and appeal!) to Kevin's dignity and innate good sense--
a challenge that costs little and will (or could) surely give Kevin back more
than he can imagine--and the best part--*he* takes the initiative--
or to put it another way, he "takes the bull by the hand"-- a delicious mixed
and straight-on metaphor, if ever a mixed up one were true.
