Hello, Andreas Moritz believes that lunch is the most important meal of the day because AGNI is at its highest. On the other hand I hear other CZ experts (trapper and others) who advocate eating only in the evening.

I am aware of both sides of the arguement. The thing is both arguements make sense, so now I'm a bit confused! I would appreciate it if anyone who has knowledge on this subject may share their views. Thank you.
