I am so thankful to those who taught me about sole. It had made a world of difference in my energy levels. Using a good raw mined salt with plenty of minerals is essential for success. I am still using Real Salt, but will try Himalayan salt soon. When I take sole and my green drinks I can get and stay alkaline. After my bad experience with calcium hydroxide, I am so thankful there are alternatives to getting the essential minerals. Thanks for sharing your experience.
