Get glycerine from any drug store, but what would you do with it ?
I wouldn't worry about the sodium myreth sulfate, it is in there in a small amount to enhance foaming. Without it, you wouldn't get much suds, although the soap would still work fine. Consumer perceptions are such that if the soap don't foam, most people think it isn't doing its job. Ether sulfates aren't as bad as they've been made out to be.
