Roaminone1 is right, a blog would be a great idea, that way you can track your symptoms each day, and writing can be very therapeutic. I don't know if you received my reply to your e-mail, I attached the EFT manual and a link to the website - I'd be interested to see what kind of results you get if you give it a try. If you need a hand with set up phrases or whatever just let me know.
