Many of the previous posters have given you some great advice (especially the chiropractic information), but everybody seemed to forget... coffee enemas are THE most effective pain reliever of virtually anything but the most toxic of opiates.

Both Dr. Schulze AND Dr. Gerson used them to get their patients with various cancer and "incurable" conditions off of opiate pain medicines. Using coffee in enemas was originally discovered by nurses in WWI to treat the pain of the dying soldiers who had their bodies blown to pieces or had amputations...yet they had no pain relievers.
