i have been looking into traction and those sort of procedures..but my main concern is getting off of the pain medicine...how to get off all of the pills and somewhat avoid the withdrawl symptoms..the shaking, sweating, neausa, not sleeping...i dont want to take these pain meds anymore..im looking for any advice possible on weening or something else that i can take to help me get off of the medicine..
