The need of protection Invincible mentioned is the cause for weight loss indicated by Louise Hay, which can be applied to many but not all of course.
I would warmly suggest to you and grzbear to work on flushing the liver. Personally, at every flush I have I seen my relation with food and my body changing by itself, while years of self-inquiry and various techniques had left me as neurotical as before. I can't exclude these techniques might have worked without me being conscious of it, but the Liver Flush is making the difference.
