Because I am on a diet and if I eat food at 11:30pm at night,im gonna wake up the next morning with digestive cramps and everything else. trust me I know. I work 2-11pm 5 days a week. So its like this every night I come home from work. Just starving. I take stuff to eat of course and my meal break is usually around 6-7.
