>>NO WAY I CAN!<<
Well now, that pretty much settles it all.
"Whether you believe you can, or whether you believe you can't...you are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!" Henry Ford
If I may ask, when was the last time you 'took inventory' of the truly GOOD things about your life & body?
You woke up this morning! You are NOT riddled with horrendous crippling disease! You have enough money and time to have a computer and use it regularly! You have your WHOLE LIFE IN FRONT OF YOU! You can heal yourself from ANYTHING at your age! You have an education and you can read & write! You are free to learn without fear of imprisonment or torture! etc, Etc, ETC!!
You will NEVER attain positive health and a positive mental state by constantly focusing upon the negative aspects of your health, life and mental attitude. We ALL have negative aspects to our health, mind, and spirit...we are HUMAN!
Every single member of "Team CureZone" could write similar posts to yours the last few weeks...but instead, we focus upon the good, solid truth - that the goodness of our health and being FAR outweigh the negative.
If you'd spent as much time eating good foods, cleansing your colon and flushing your liver...as you've spent telling us all about your negative life & world, you'd already be rid of a large percentage of your problems.
>>I cant get up everytime off a chair without feeling lightheaded or faint. Just normal functions like this..<<
How about thanking God that you CAN get off your chair...there are those trying to help you that CANNOT do that!!
>>Cant enjoy a nice hot shower because if I have a bowel movement before my shower or eat something before my shower,I feel worse in my stomach during my shower and after.<<
I used to work at a Hospice, and I helped bathe people who couldn't bathe themselves. Compare your 'shower situation' to this: how about you were 42 years old, female, with 4 children and no husband, and you had cancer tumors popping out of you so large and excrutiatingly painful that you couldn't wipe your own butt, transport yourself to a toilet, or even get into a shower? That two people would have to lift you (while you were screaming because of the pressure/pain from touching the tumors) into a foam mattress filled bathtub, just so you could wash the stench of the toxins from your body so that you could bear to eat?
Life is tough...get a helmet & join the rest of us!!
