Its spring water. Organic food? I dont know. no where around here to buy organic food. My mom buys it from grocery store. so I guess not. so what. I know microwaves arent healthy too. I already have felt a difference from my diet kind of with this whole lower stomach being extra sore/sensitive/burny whole issue that ive posted on in different topics. guessing its from diet.
