Vitamin C 1000 mg , preferably more
Zinc 200 mg. Take with food
Astragulus
kelp
chaparral

Mash fresh garlic with a fork or garlic press.
Put a few drops of lemon juice on it.
Sprinkle some Sea Salt on top, then mix and eat.
Do this three times a day.

Get a potato and peel the end of it.
Use a knife edge to gently scrape the white part of the potato, until you get a mushy white pulp.
Apply the pulp to the cyst and, put a bandaide over it.
It will draw the cyst to a head and draw the toxins out
Make a fresh raw potato pulp and apply in the morning, and again at night.
Keep doing this until it draws the sac out that held the toxins inside it.

Keep the potato in the fridge until next use.
Cut the scraped part off to expose fresh potato white, to scrape again.

When you remove the potato pulp to apply a fresh batch with clean bandaide, you will notice the old pulp turned black from drawing, that is normal.

B-Complex supplement if you have any stress, because stress reduces B vitamins.
