I know - I live in Canada so I'm covered for $$
I just didn't want to go the surgery route...

I will do the above - I've done The Master Cleanse a few times with LOADS of Cayenne...I did the Master-Cleanse right after the marathon when I got the cyst!

Thanks for all the advice, I"m off the find clay!
