i think that rudi has given you some really great suggestions. also i think that cayenne would be great, both internally and externally. cayenne gets things flowing, it stimulates movement and blasts away blockages. i would take as much cayenne as your bowels can handle internally and then even put some directly on the cyst and see if that helps.

do you have insurance? they can surgically remove these, but they have to get the whole thing or it will come back.
