according to this site cysts are the result of blocked oil glands.

i would try some clay packs. pack a good amount in some gauze, wrap it up, and let the clay fully dry, it will draw out toxins and open up the pores. immediately after you wash off the clay i would spray it down with a 50/50 mixture (or even stronger) of distilled water and hydrogen peroxide. the peroxide will nuetralize more toxins and the clay therapy will allow it to penetrate into the skin. in fact, you can spray down you entire body with this mixture, it fell fantastic.

i would also look at the full detox baths that invincible describes in her blog. i bet that would help out a lot.

also here is a thread about carbuncles and how grzbear dealt with his. its a looooong thread but it has lots of good ideas in it. carbuncles are actually much worse than cysts and are caused by bacteria, but they are similar in function and may respond to some of the same therapies.
