Hi

I am FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!

I have a cyst in the back of my knee
(a bakers cyst I think)

had it drained in MArch
Again in June and now it's BACK!!!!!!!

Why is it KILLING me??

I am a runner!
My next race is the Disney world race and a 1/2
in JAnuary - I will run 1/2 marathon Saturday and a full on Sunday.

Tha last marathon I ran was Disney last year...
Then the Cyst nightmare started!!!

I've done a few Master-Cleanse and a juice fast.
I just did a Liver-Flush a week ago...

Went to see my Doc..he said we need to do a scope!!

I also teach bodypump (aerobics)

Is there a natural was to diminsh this cyst?
do toxins have anything to do with them?

I have used castor oil packs...

any advice would be GREATLY appreciated
