I would be a liar if I said I had not experienced exactly what you described... For me it was far, far too much salad on top of a large amount of cashews, and I suffered the very same symptoms as you. Oh well, we all must learn, even if it takes great misery for us to agree with the all-knowing one who smiles at us so.

When I made myself ill I felt awful up to vomiting and then utterly wonderful afterwards. I hope you are now feeling the same...
