I agree that diabetics do so many bad things for their health. But hey, don't say don't listen to diabetics. It's not the diabetics fault, it's the bad advice that the doctors give them, and I know because I'm a type 1 diabetic. By the way, any fruit or veggie is good for diabetics too. That stuff about fruit being bad for diabetics is such crap. Funny thing is though that they say you need milk, nothing ever made my blood Sugar going higher than a glass of milk. And when I stopped drinking it my blood sugars were so much better the docs couldnt believe, yet they still freaked out because they said I wouldn't get enought calcium. HONESTLY!!
