hey just looked up tilapia. sounds like it's pretty much a farm raised fish because there's some anxiety about catching it wild..... sorry just kinda glanced at an article. maybe that wouldn't be the best fish to eat then, some good ones would be salmon, red snapper, halibut, and swordfish...again ask your mom to get this at a health food store as that's probably the only place you'll find wild caught. good luck
