Sure-- you dont have to use the Algin!

I just used it since I had already purchased it when I got my fillings out-- and having read that mercury does settle in the liver and colon alot, then what good opportunity it would be for me to use some Algin when doing a Liver Flush :-) where the Algin would go right into the liver and soak up any stray mercury.

In my case, it may have worked, because the initial 2 bowel movements I had right before the stones came out was very black!

Of course most people will never use Algin or have never used it with much Liver Flush success :-)
