Have you ever had any colonics done? If not, stop procrastinating and start doing these essential things that will actually affect change in your body. You have to work it from the inside out! Not the outside in.(accu-p)Get on a carrott, celery, beet, spinach, dandelion, watercress juicing program use celtic Sea Salt and distilled water and I garantee you will fill better in two weeks. I will say it one more time. If you have sinus problems that is related directly to the health of the colon and the consumtion of milk products.
