Its canned diced tomatoes and chili peppers. It packs a spicey punch, but is not overly hot. Its often used with Velveta (almost) Cheese to make a popular Nacho dip.
You could use fresh tomatoes and chopped chili peppers to taste, or even a nice salsa instead.
