Ok thanks rokybird. I didn't know the tinfoil thing worked with gold fillings like they do silver fillings. I guess there are nerves that reach the gold then... :(

Are you still happy with your gold fillings? Have you had any problems with the gold and do they fit well? Did the dentist give you a document stating the composition of the fillings from the lab where they were processed?
