Dear Rebecca,

People who regularly eat chocolate, usually have low levels of magnesium in their bodies.
Chocolate is rich in magnesium, but it is also
rich in a variety of toxic substances that have a very detrimental effect on good health.

I posted a message about this very issue last
year on CZ. If you go to my website, you
can read that piece. It might open some doors
for you.

When you get to the homepage, Rebecca, click
on the Nutrition category. Then scroll down
till you see the piece on magnesisum deficiency and chocolate-craving.

It may well be that lack of magnesium is
dehydrating your cells and tissues, in spite
of the goodly amount of water you drink.
If I were thirsty, as you are, I would drink
more water. I weigh 140 lbs, and I drink close
to a gallon each day, plus juice.

I also add about 3,000 mg of Celtic Sea Salt
to one of my juice drinks every day. It helps
my body put all that water to good use.
In his wonderful book, Your Body's Many Cries
For Water, Dr. Batmanghelidj, the guru of
drinking water, strongly suggested that
anyone who drinks lots of water, needs to
add Sea Salt . His rule of thumb was to eat
one-half teaspoon of Sea Salt , for every
2 quarts of water you drink.

You're definitely doing most things right,
Rebecca. Keep educating yourself about Natural
Nutrition, and soon your dehydration problem
will be just a bad memory.

Blessings,

Owen
