This is going to sound weird, but why don't you try oil pulling. It's an excellent sinus clearer. I do agree about colon cleansing, but this is something you can also do very quickly.

Before you eat, take a tablespoon of (Sesame or Sunflower Oil) in your mouth and swish it around for 20 minutes.

Here is a link to the forum. No one has used it for a headache yet, but plenty of people have done this for a variety of problems.
