From what I understand,
The villi in the intestines are highly regenerative and require about 4 to 5 days to heal.

UNLESS one continues to consume that which impairs their healing.

Today I had the mushrooms and a pound of organic cherries. My roommate's laughing at me because I look like a beached harp seal. :/

Maybe I SHOULD just stick to my barley grass for a few weeks.

Are you safe and in a better environment..?
