Hi Molly,

I do this every morning for 10 minutes bfore brushing my teeth. He's seen me do it everyday but I can't get him to do it. Maybe I can try suggesting it to him today. Who knows it might just do the trick. Another thing that came to mind was gargling with warm water mixed with turmeric and Sea Salt .
