As an aded thought. The evidence that salt has negative effect w regards to blood pressure was recently, some 4 years ago at least , shown to be false. The new study was done by Cambells soup and that was a big problem for us to take into account but the Science was repeatable and proven valid as the earlier experiments were not proven out. Similar to the missunderstanding about the simplest carbohydrate, carbon sugar, being so inimical in itself.
