According to the old article, niacin (also known as vitamin B-3) alone completely reversed it and made people completely normal.

But people now are pumping them full of B-6 and ALA with little results.

The pine needle tea was used by the old medicine woman Ms Lydia Outlaw for ADD. I have heard claims of remarkable results.
I enjoy the taste of it besides the health benefits of it. Its a great source of Pycnoginol and very high in vitamin C
