Devils claw, Poke root, Sarsaparilla root, Mustard seed and Celery seed.

Heres why:
A buildup of uric acid causes gout

Devils claw to relieve joint pain and reduce uric acid levels

Celery seed extract to stimulate elimination of uric acid and lower the uric acid level.
