And I'll write up a plan, and follow it.

That is exactly what I did when I joined Curezone almost four years ago. At first I was too shy to join in the conversations on the forums and just read. I printed out a lot of the cleanses from here and a few other sites. I did not do them all at first, but over the years my cleansing and health notebook has proven to be a valuable resource. I printed out articles and put them in a three ring binder that I had indexed according to subject. I still refer to it a lot both for myself and to answer questions from new members.
