i have had steady improvement. the problem is i had the problem for so long, i really dont know what normal is. i was exposed heavily as a child and throughout adulthood.

thank you for the help. i must be getting close because cilantro doesnt hit me hard at all these last few times. i use the pesto recipe with extra cilantro and garlic. it used to make me sooooo stupid!
