Umm well I wouldn't want to ruin my credit report since I have a pretty good one. And my parents would probably end up paying for it somehow and they wouldn't love that. I like the out of country idea. My dad broke his ankle and had surgery in Singapore, he received excellent treatment. I don't remember what it cost but it wasn't outrageous. A doctor's visit WITH like 4 prescription medications they hand to you right there costs like $30 out of pocket!!! (I'm not saying this is good, just different from USA)
We also went to this great dentist and paid out of pocket. I had an infected wisdom tooth removed for around $200 I think. It might have been slightly less.

Hmmmmmmm I need to think this over some more, thank you all for the input!
