Lapis I can't believe it when I saw your message. I just had a salad and decided to skip the oliveoil and wondered if the avocado would count as fat. I was even wondering on which forum to put my question.
With every meal I try to have some fat like OO (Olive-Oil) or coconut oil, but I have to be careful because of gaining weight.
