You and me both but one can do magic with raw using these same spices and herbs.

In my cooked days I even wore a chef hat and smock to be immersed in the mode. I had the entire collection of Australian Weekly Cook Books and tons of culinary books. I made many of the entrees and experiemented with many more of my own.

Ahhh the seduction of the social programming. ;-)
