I only eat fruit by itself and never after regular food (according to Andreas Moritz ). In general I do the food combining system, proteins with veggies or carbohydrates with veggies but NEVER protein with carbohydrates.
After just reading Owen's site http://owen.curezone.com I have just added enzymes when I eat the wrong food combo.
I like to do simple things, I also now take one Brasil nut a day for selenium and Green Max for improved pH. Both I learned from Owen.
