I'm making an experiment with myself having Salvia Divinorum (a sacred plant from Mexico which I most love) in homeopathic doses. 10 oz of tincture would make me trip, but I put a dropper of it in 30 oz of vodka, and have 15 drops in water first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. I'm amazed, it is like the ancient spirit of the Shepherdess is merging with me, I feel it is entering my cellular memory and bringing there her beautiful awareness.
What does this have to do with you? this experiment is making me realize that the way to connect with the intelligence of the body is homeopathic, definetely. So, if you feel it right for you, you could try, say for a few days then see, to take all the minerals you want to take, but in homeopathic doses. That is, to give to your body information more than matter.
