Since I have grown up suicidally depressed, I have never really been health conscious, but I have noticed that our bodies/us have a physiological craving for chewing, flavor and saliva flow, not just because blood flow is increased, but because mood is determined/influenced by stimulus. When eating fruit, the tastebuds recieve alot more stimulus/satisfaction because of flavor, there is a higher water content and the fruit requires much less energy to digest. You might be eating 3 lbs. of vegetables and only 1 comes out until the next day because they are not digested until your body rests during sleep. Because of all the energy required, your body is 'drained' and needs more nutrition (hunger). It is well worth it to get a juicer and juice those vegetables. It would save your body the trouble of extracting all the juice, it would save a lot of energy that is now required for digestion, and would leave you more satisfied with the flavor.

I believe that all numbers are displayed in every part of reality, and that because of circumstances, we just happen to notice particular ones. Our chosen philosophy or point of view can determine what we choose to be more noticeable. We can choose to look at everything digitally (0 and 1, on/off dichotomy) or stratified (different levels). Symbolically, "3" might signify acceptance of the unknown. There are two answers (solutions) to any question (Yes and No), but there is also an unknown (which is a REPLY, not an answer),..."I DON'T KNOW", so, when someone asks a question, they can recieve any one of "3" replies.

I sometimes run numbers through my head, I can make a formula out of a phone number, but we can't always say numbers mean anything, sometimes they're just there.
