Perhaps I have become a little discouraged of late due to no longer noticing improvements. I have always been a little extreme and tend to takes things to their limit, so it may be that I have been seeking perfection in all things (even diet) rather than appreciating how much I have achieved due, in part, to the information and advice provided by the many delightful souls on CureZone.

I am a little hard on myself it seems. Maybe it is time to relax a tad and feel content with where I am...
